Geno Capone graduated from Youngstown State University in 1990 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Capone held various sales positions including Graphic Enterprises, AT&T , and Sanofi-Aventis Pharmaceuticals, where he was a District Manager. In 2002, Capone joined his wife as owner of Spiritual Collections, where he supplies church goods to over 200 Catholic and Protestant churches in Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Geno has been a  lifelong resident of the Trumbull and Mahoning county areas and currently resides  in Hubbard, Ohio with his wife Laura and their two children.
